iOS keeps detailed screen time private, and Heurika cannot read it directly. Where the feature is available, Heurika learns only which usage threshold you crossed on apps you selected yourself, and never which apps they were. Otherwise it asks.

Expected. Heurika takes the most reliable of the two, breaks ties by whichever is more recent, and treats anything you state yourself as final.

All of it lives in the Profile tab. What you are trying to change, your timeline, focus areas, your typical week, sports and reminder times can all be edited at any point, and the next plan will account for it.

Swipe it and say what got in the way. Heurika rewrites that task into something that serves the same end differently. If the new version is no better, ask for another, or restore the original.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling leaves everything recorded intact and returns the app to the free tier.
