Heurika helps you track and improve your health through daily check-ins and a personalized plan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
Only what the app needs, all provided by you:
- Account: your email and a password, so you can sign in and have your progress saved and restored across devices. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we never see your plain password.
- Your health inputs: assessment answers, goals and timeline, daily check-ins, and any journal entries.
- Profile details: your name and an optional photo, if you add them.
We do not collect your contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, do not use analytics or ad SDKs, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
To run the app (rings, charts, plan, reminders); to personalize your plan (your assessment answers, goals, and recent check-ins are used to generate it); and to sync your progress to your account. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Service providers
- Supabase hosts your account and stores your profile data securely.
- Anthropic (Claude) generates your personalized plan; to do this, your assessment answers, goals, and recent check-ins are sent to be processed, and are not used to train models or for advertising.
- Apple provides the App Store.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on your device and in our cloud database, tied to your account, readable/writable only by your account, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your goals, answers, and profile any time. You can delete your account and all your progress from within the app (Profile → Delete account); this permanently removes everything and cannot be undone. For any other request, contact us at the email below.
Children
Heurika is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above.
